Owning Your Power Workshop for Kids
In this foundational class, students engage in self-esteem building activities that are designed to encourage self-reflection in order to cultivate a strong sense of self-worth.
Through interactive exercises and discussions, participants will:
~Explore their unique strengths and talents, gaining insight into their own capabilities
~Identify their achievements, both big and small, to recognize their progress and accomplishments
~Learn practical strategies for overcoming self-doubt and negative self-perceptions
By participating in the Owning Your Power Workshop, students practice life skills they need to embrace their worth and bravely pursue their goals.

Format: Each interactive session includes discussion and 2-3 activities such as journaling, making a craft/art project, or games.
Recommended grades: 3-6
